I am certain that the Scottish Premier League clubs who have excluded Rangers from the top flight are going to live to regret it.

Ever since Sir Alex Ferguson left Scottish football more than 25 years ago Scotland has been a two-club country. Now it becomes a one-club country for at least the next year and maybe as many as three - which renders their Premier League absolutely worthless. It could actually lead to other clubs themselves heading into big financial problems without the money that Rangers generate as opponents.
