Acceptance Procedure

We reserve the right to decline all, or part, of any bet requested.

We only accept bets made at Bodugi.com. Bets are not accepted in any other form (post, email, fax, etc.) and where received will be void - win or lose.

It is your responsibility to ensure details of their bets are correct. Once bets have been placed and their acceptance confirmed they may not be cancelled or changed by you.

Should a dispute arise, you and Bodugi Limited agree that the transaction log database will be the ultimate authority in such matters.

We reserve the right to suspend a market at anytime. When a market is suspended any bets entered will be rejected. Bodugi.com also reserves the right to cease betting on any markets at any time without notice.

Bets are processed in the order they are received.

We reserve the right to close or suspend a customer's account at any time.

No credit will be offered by any of Our employees and all bets must be supported by sufficient funds in the customer account. We reserve the right to void any bet which may have inadvertently been accepted when the account did not have sufficient funds to cover the bet. Should funds be credited to a customer's account in error it is the customer's responsibility to inform Us without delay. We will recover such funds by account adjustment.

2. Account

Arbitration

The current balance and transaction history of your account may be viewed at any time. Should there be any claim or dispute arising from a past or current transaction please Contact Us on 0844 858 8405 or by e-mail on info@bodugi.com. In the event that We are unable to resolve a dispute, you can contact the Independent Betting Adjudication Service (IBAS), whose contact details are given below, and once your complaint has been submitted it will ask us to provide appropriate information. The dispute will then be placed before an independent panel of betting experts who will recommend what they believe is a fair settlement. IBAS will only deal with complaints about the bet itself and will examine disputes concerning the correct return for a bet or whether it has been correctly struck. IBAS cannot deal with complaints about service, which is a matter for our customer service team. IBAS requires that you have already had a complaint looked at by our customer services before it will adjudicate.

Errors

Bodugi make every effort to ensure that we do not make errors in accepting bets. However, if as a result of human error or system problems a bet is accepted at a price (which includes the odds, handicap provisions,Related markets and other terms and conditions or details of the bet) that is:

To establish the correct price Bodugi will consider prices available in the general market at the time the bet was made, including the prices offered by William Hill.

Examples of circumstances where this would apply are:
(i) the price is recorded as 100-1 when the price on offer in the general market is 10-1
(ii) the margins for handicap betting have been reversed

As from 23/02/2013 If a bet is accepted in error by Bodugi on an event or outcome for which no Bodugi prices are available the bet will be void and your stake returned. Refering to related markets we are currently building a system to make these bets unavailable to bet on. However whilst this functionality is not yet on the site, If a related market bet is put on, the bet will be void and the stake refunded. For example Messi to score and Barcelona to win and BTTS as a double will not be accepted.
 

Opening Your Account

All applicants must be over 18 years of age to place a bet or register at Bodugi.com. Under age gambling is a criminal offence. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you authorise us and our third party partners who make available games on this website to check the details you provide when registering with Bodigi.com or changing your player account details. This may include supplying the details that you have provided to authorised credit reference agencies. In particular we may verify that you are 18 years old or over, that you are resident in the country you say you are a resident in and/or that you are the owner of the sums that you deposit in your player account. To help us combat fraud efficiently, in certain circumstances we may ask you to provide physical copies of your personal identification documents in order to verify your registration details. Should a customer include a non-runner or void selection, the bet will be settled on the remaining selections.

Our Betting Coverage

Horseracing

We accept wagers for all meetings held under the rules of the UK Jockey Club, Irish Turf Club and the equivalent international bodies only. Bets are settled on the official result at the weigh in and are not affected by any subsequent inquiries.

Sports and Special Event Betting

We accept wagers for sporting and other special events that are advertised on this website. All such wagers are subject to the rules applicable to each sport, e.g. Soccer, F1, Darts, Boxing, Golf etc.

Dead-Heats - where two selections Dead-Heat half the stake money is lost and the full odds are paid to the other half. If more than two Dead-Heat the stake is proportioned accordingly.

Except where specified in the betting rules for each sport, where the official result of a market is a tie and no price was quoted for that eventuality, all bets on participants involved in the tie will be void and stakes will be returned.

Unless stated otherwise within Our specific rules for each sport, the result of a match or event will be determined on the day of its conclusion for betting purposes, subject to confirmation by the relevant sport's governing body. Any subsequent enquiry that may result in an overturned decision will not be recognised by Us, and original settlement of bets will stand.

If the venue for a sporting event is changed, all bets placed based on the original venue will be made void and stakes refunded, unless otherwise stated.

Currency

We operate in Pounds Sterling. Our Payment Partner Moneybookers can accept payment in other currencies and convert to Pounds Sterling. Please See Moneybookers website for list of available currencies.

Claims And Disputes

We will seek criminal and contractual sanctions against any customer involved in fraud, dishonesty or criminal acts. We will withhold payment to any customer where any of these are suspected. The customer shall indemnify and shall be liable to pay to Bodugi Limited, on demand, all costs, charges or losses sustained or incurred by Us (including any direct, indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit and loss of reputation) arising directly or indirectly from the customer’s fraud, dishonesty or criminal act.

We reserve the right to withhold payment and to declare bets on an event void if we have evidence that the following has occurred: (i) the integrity of the event has been called into question (ii) the price(s) or pool has been manipulated (iii) match-rigging has taken place. Evidence of the above may be based on the size, volume or pattern of bets placed with Bodugi.com across any or all of our betting channels. A decision given by the relevant governing body of the sport in question (if any) will be conclusive. If any customer owes any money to Us for any reason, we have the right to take that into account before making any payments to that customer.

Where there is evidence of a series of bets each containing the same selection(s) having been placed by or for the same individual or syndicate of individuals, We reserve the right to make bets void or withhold payment of returns pending the outcome of any subsequent investigation.

If for any reason We are unable to validate the outcome of a particular market (eg. due to loss of live pictures), all bets will be void, unless settlement of bets is already determined.

In the absence of any independent evidence bets will be settled based on Our own statistics.

4. Bodugi Sports Rules

Soccer

Football on Bodugi.com is a game of three components. Customers have to pick the result at 90 mins, the correct score as at 90 mins, and name three anytime goalscorers who are awarded a selected amount of points for each goal scored. A second goal gets a further three times the points and a third and any subsequent goal attracts 10 times the amount of points. The winner is the player with the most points at the end of the game or games.

All bets have to be in before kick off. Normal time only counts (90 mins plus injury time). Extra time and penalties do not count.

Own goals do not count for anytime goalscorers but do count as part of correct score or result.

Goals are attributed to the player named by the Press Association on the day. Subsequent alterations by the Dubious Goals Panel do not count.

Single matches - In the event of abandonment, postponement or match being declared void all stakes are refunded.

In big game or games with two or more component matches, winnings will be based on results of remaining matches if one or more legs were postponed, abandoned or declared void.

Result is as deemed by initial Press Association adjudication. Any subsequent changes will not count for betting purposes.

Selection of goalscorers - If a player is named on the teamsheet as a player or substitute then he IS deemed to be a player whether he takes to the field or not. If a player has been selected but is not named on the team sheet as player or sub then he is NOT deemed to be a player. In this case a player from the same team as the selection who is the most likely scorer (ie lowest points earner) becomes the selection. If two players have the same points allocation then the lowest shirt number is the choice.

The points displayed for each eventuality will remain the same once the event is opened until kick off and the time for betting has closed. Points will not move, even if it is perceived to be a palpable error.

Please note that the football pools game rules have been updated and come into effect immediately. All games will continue to operate as usual, save that the Classic Pools game has been amended to remove the half time and full time goal rush prizes.

Racing

6 race games

Players have to pick a horse in each of the first six races at an individual meeting.

Points are awarded on the basis of where the selection finishes.

Points are awarded at SP, no ante post, early board or show prices are applicable.

A winner gets 10 times the SP, 2nd place gets two times the SP, and third place gets one times the SP.

The fourth race is allocated double points on every meeting.

The winner of the game is the player with the most points at the end of the six races.

Standard fixed odds rules apply RE rule 4 withdrawals.

In the event of a non runner being selected then the player is put on the favourite. If joint favourites then it is the horse with the lowest racecard number.

In the event of a meeting being abandoned after a race meeting has started, rules are applied as follows for racing games that involve 6 races.

If four of the scheduled six races take place then the game is deemed to have taken place and the result is based on the scores up to that point.

If within the six races a maximum of two races are declared void then that is also deemed to have taken place.

Where three or more of the scheduled races are abandoned or void the stakes are returned to the players.

Single race games

Players have to pick the stated number of selections in a single race, 1 of which is nominated for double points

Points are awarded on the basis of where the selection finishes.

Points are awarded at SP, no ante post, early board or show prices are applicable.

Private

An administrator hosts a private table. The administrator selects the event and – unless he/she provides the total prize – they select a stake size for all players. The administrator then chooses the guests to play at the table, and invites these players via an email sent automatically from the website. Each player is sent a unique URL specific to that player on that private table. Only players receiving this URL via email may join the private table. The number of players allowed to join the table is capped by the administrator.

5% of total stakes is credited to the administrator.

Minimum Players:
Horseracing – 8
Football – 2

No Maximum
 

Social

Same as for private table, except URL is specific only to the table and can therefore be shared with other players.

Only players receiving this URL may join the social table. Players receiving this email containing the unique URL can share it via social media, or email.

 

Table cancellations - Horse Racing Only

If the required number of players is not achieved, the table is cancelled and all players who have already placed stakes will be fully refunded. On tournament tables, the table fills until 23 players have joined. When the 24th player joins, the table splits, and a new table is created, made up of the last 12 that joined the previous table. The newly created table continues to fill until 23 players is reached. This ensures for each event, only the first table can be cancelled, due to insufficient number of players.

Ludlow - Table 1.
23 players join Table 1.
A 24th player joins the table.
The last 12 players to join Table 1, make up Table 2 – a new Ludlow table.
Table 2 continues to fill until 24 players is reached, and Table 3 is created.

Racing

Bodugi Big Game Racing consists of one race meeting, for a fixed prize allocated depending on the number of players/entries/unit stake. Permutations can be entered, each line of the permutation counts as one entry to the big game.

 

Football

Bodugi Big Game football is a Pool Bet consisting of two or more football matches. Prizes are allocated according to the total pool size. Permutations can be entered, each line of the permutation counts as one entry to the big game.

6. Standard Racing Terms

Dead-Heats

In standard betting where two selections Dead-Heat half the stake money is lost and the full odds are paid to the other half. If more than two Dead-Heat the stake is proportioned accordingly. A similar approach is applied to Our rules for horseracing, where 10 x SP is paid for 1st and 2 x SP for 2nd, in the event of a dead-heat for first each horse earns 6 x its SP for those that have selected it. Similar logic is applied for dead-heats for other finishing positions.

Rule 4 general sports

Outright markets (defined as after the draw/official field is confirmed for a specific event), may be subject to a deduction equivalent to the Tattersalls Rule 4. The Rule 4 will be applied, according to the table of deductions, the points in the horse racing game will be calculated according to the SP adjusted for the R4 deduction, where the R4 is applicable to the SP return.
